Sirs
Please may I have the name of the Judge that dealt with me today?
Please note:
- The Court has not served its indictment and I cannot answer the Charge Sheet because I do not understand it;
- The Court Service has incessantly disregarded my correspondence; and
- The Court Service has prevented me from appointing solicitors.
Try as I do, I cannot make any progress until the Court and the Court Service co-operates with me.

The Bolton Crown Court Service fax machine acknowledged receipt of my attached letter of 4 August 2007, at 1518, and my letter of 1 August 2007, at 0352. By disregarding my correspondence the Court Service was aware of the situation it was creating, and I have reminded the Court Service on 1 and 4 August 2007.
Please find attached to this letter:
- The Charge Sheet of 19 March 2007 (page 3);
- Unsigned Directions to attend Bolton Crown Court, on 6 August 2007 at 10.00 am, issued by Rochdale Magistrates Court on 26 June 2007 (pages 4 and 5);
- My five chapter letter to Bolton Crown Court of 4 August 2007, including:
- Chapter 1: my letters to the Court Service at Bolton Crown Court of 1 and 4 August 2007;
- Chapter 2: my application for dismissal of 10 July 2007, with its witness statement of 10 July 2007 and that statement's exhibits;
- Chapter 3: my first application for a preparatory hearing of 10 July 2007, with its witness statement of 10 July 2007 and that statement's exhibits;
- Chapter 4: my statement of 9 July 2007 and Notification of Witness Requirements of 9 July 2007;
- Chapter 5: my second application for a preparatory hearing of 10 July 2007, with its witness statement of 10 July 2007 and that statement's exhibits;
Chapters 2, 3, 4 and 5 were served on the prosecution on 10 July 2007.
Today, 6 August 2007, in the face of an application asking that knowledge of my case be restricted, I was followed out of Court by a Probation Officer who insulted me. On 30 March 2007, I was followed out of Rochdale Magistrates Court by a Social Worker who abused me. Do you have to engage in this harassment?
Life for me is sufficiently difficult without Court Service staff, and most of the judiciary with whom I come into contact, compounding it with their own harassment. Please will you stop harassing me?
Please may I have proper replies to my letters of 1 and 4 August 2007, and please will you allow my three Applications of 10 July 2007 to be determined, and please will you acknowledge my Notice of Witness Requirements of 9 July 2007?
Yours faithfully
T Moore
