Please point out to any Court apparently dealing with me today, that I am not on its list for today (attached), and I am exhausted. There was quite a dramatic further decline in my health towards the end of July 2007.

I will try to attend your Court today, but if I do it will be late.

May I please remind you that you gave me nothing in writing about today's alleged hearing, Rochdale Borough Social Workers are harassing me, inter alia, in your Court, the Court has not determined one of my applications, the Court has not served its indictment, I do not understand the Police charge, and Court staff never reply to my letters properly?

As I see matters, which could be wrong, the Crown needs permission to amend its indictment from the charge, and permission to serve the indictment very late. I wonder if a fair Court could possibly allow this.

The exhaustion is not a joke or an excuse. I believe I know the cause, and wish you all would allow me to die in peace.
