Please find enclosed my declaration for the period 1 September 2007 to 14 September 2007, on the second page of this letter.

Please also find yet another declaration, as you have again failed to complete the form I brought into your offices, and have failed to honour your promise to send me the completed declaration, owing to unlawful instructions you received from Mr Keith Exford.

I noticed the posters in your office supporting child murderers Mr Dr Gerry McCann and Mrs Dr Kate McCann. May I say what a pity it is you do not display posters of your client Mr. Keith Exford, who unlike the Drs McCann, has never done any good in his life, for anyone at all?

Doubtless that is precisely the reason you give preference to executing the unlawful orders of Keith Exford, and disclosed information to solicitors instructed by Keith Exford, in this case Field Fisher Waterhouse, in breach of the Official Secrets Act.

May I please remind you that you have stolen state benefits from me owing to instructions received from Mr Keith Exford and the attached unsigned letter from Field Fisher Waterhouse is fraud with which you unlawfully co-operated? You continue to obstruct my access to state benefits up the instructions to you of Keith Exford and you continue to steal money from me because Keith Exford told you to steal money from me.
