SECOND STATEMENT OF THOMAS MOORE,   DEFENDANT

1. I am Thomas Moore, unemployed, of 1 Pares Land Walk, Rochdale.
   
   
2. I make this statement in support of my Defence to the Claim and/or Application, to the extent that either or both may exist, and in support of my appeal against the Orders dated 15 August 2007.
   
   
3. I have still not received any Claim Particulars for this Claim.
   
   
4. One of the many privileges extended by the Court Service to the Claimant, is a running commentary of all my dealings with the Court, and copies of all documents I file at Court, which the Court sends immediately to the Claimant.
   
   
5. Exhibit TM/02/01, attached to this statement, is a copy of a letter from the Court to the Claimant of 15 August 2002. The 15 August 2002 letter is an example of the Court giving the Claimant this information, and affirming some of the privileges and assistance the Court gives Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council when the Authority's litigious harassment is extant in this Honourable Court.
   
   
6. For the avoidance of doubt about the illegitimacy of this arrangement between this Court and the Claimants, District Judge Stockton's Order of 30 July 2002, which the Court mentions in its letter to the Claimant of 15 August 2002, exhibit TM/02/02, is attached to this statement as exhibit TM/02/02.
   
   
7. I need the Court Service to give me the sort of information about the Claimant that the Court Service gives the Claimant.
   
   
8. The Court can be in no doubt that the Claimant knew I had not received its Particulars of Claim for this Claim, when it made its Applications in this Claim, including those heard on 15 August 2007.
   
   
9. Further, the Court must know that the Claimant has knowingly and intentionally continued withholding its Particulars of Claim from the Defendant, since the Court has informed the Claimant and copied the documents I filed, together with how I proposed to deal with the Court fee, direct to the Claimant.
   
   
10. The Claimant ordered Royal Mail to withhold all my correspondence with effect from, at the very latest, 19 August 2007, and to the best of my knowledge, that further incidence Claimant required mail theft, remains extant.
    
    
11. The Claimant is still blocking my access to legal, medical and other services.
    
    
12. The Claimant still monitors what would otherwise be my private life, using both internal and external sources, such as Her Britannic Majesty's Court Service.
    
    
13. I still want a good relationship with the Claimant.
    
    
14. I ask the Court to revoke the Orders of 15 August 2007.
    
    
15. I have no idea of the contents of the Claim Particulars.
    
    
16. I therefore humbly ask the court to grant the relief I seek.
