Rochdale Metropolitan Borough council sent this twice on the same day. Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council does not care. Rochdale Council is wasting your money, Rochdale Council staff receive bonus payments when their harassment succeeds.
My letter of 2 September 2007, mentions Paul Helm twice, but in the same paragraph, stating only, "over three years after your Mr Paul Helm promised to leave me alone and allow me to live my life in peace, and although Mr Paul Helm was only obeying orders with the mimicry of disingenuously quoting me, I ask that you do now, leave me alone, and allow whatever may be left of my life, to be in peace."
My letter of 2 September 2007, says,
"I refer to your anti-social behaviour summary statement and write to remind you that you have, inter alia:
- Damaged my home.
- Subjected me to verbal abuse in Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Ashton, Manchester, and, inter alia, Berlin and Leipzig, in English and German. " [ . . . ]
Some of the abuse in Germany, took place below ground level - in a bunker - in the centre of Berlin. Some things never change . . ..
It is no more than to comply with legislation that is an incumberance to decent housing letting a fact of which Michelle Crabbe is aware.
If Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council believes it can obtain lawful access to my home without my consent, why does it incessantly apply for and abuse injunctions forcing me to give it access it believes it already has?
